Batteries run our life - but can we find the right battery replacement?

Batteries enter our lives from the moment we are born and almost everything electronic we use contains at least one battery. As we move through the many chapters of our life batteries may control us. Toys for all ages, watches, cameras, camcorders, phones, digital media, leisure and camping, transportation from golf buggies to wheelchairs and other mobility carts, industrial sweepers, floor scrubbers, aerial platforms - think of any household name like Canon, Hitachi, JVC, Panasonic, Sanyo, Sharp, Sony and we can be sure that a battery is required.

We never really know how important batteries are to us - until they are flat, then we set off on a mission to find a replacement. Often we haven't time to shop around for batteries and usually we can't await delivery of specially orders because our supplier doesn't stock them.
