Tripp Lite Introduces a 6,000 VA On-Line UPS System With Two External Battery Packs for Longer Runtime
Tripp Lite, a world-leading manufacturer of power protection equipment, is pleased to announce the newest member of its award-winning SmartOnline UPS Series, the SmartOnline 6000 RT3UXR.
Adaptable for both rack and tower use, this uninterruptible power supply system includes two 3U external battery packs to provide longer standard runtime than most UPS models. This model include power module, isolation transformer module and two battery modules totaling 12U of rack space.
Additional external battery packs can be daisy-chained together and connected to the system’s battery connectors for even longer extended runtimes.
The SU6000RT3UXR is loaded with premium features: 6000 VA/4200 watt capacity with hardwire input/output connections, pure sine wave output, 200, 208, 220, 230 or 240V and simultaneous 100 or 120V output, zero transfer time to battery, up to 79 minutes of half-load runtime, and long-lasting battery support that is compatible with all networking equipment.
Constant on-line operation completely isolates sensitive equipment from every power problem on the AC line. Two built-in communication ports manage two servers simultaneously without the added expense or inconvenience of additional accessories. These communication ports work with included PowerAlert Software to provide IS managers with unparalleled monitoring and control of network power.
The SU6000RT3UXR includes a built-in accessory slot that accepts Tripp Lite’s optional SNMP/Web Card and environmental sensor for remote power management. Front panel LEDs alert users to 17 performance conditions including AC line voltage, automatic voltage regulation, UPS load and replace battery.
The SU6000RT3UXR includes an emergency power off port that allows for remote shutdown. All SmartOnline UPS Systems are protected by $250,000 Ultimate Lifetime Insurance, which covers connected equipment against surge damage, including direct lightning strikes…for life!
